What you actually wrote was:

Show me one set of logical assumptions (that is consistent with real-world observations) where 2+2 does not equal 4.

The assumption that all the world is in base 3 (a fully logical assumption consistent with real-world observations; there is no mathematical or logical reason other than the number of fingers we happened to be born with to use base 10). In which case, 2+2=4 is a totally nonsensical statement because everybody knows that 2+2=11 and there is no such number as 4.
