Sure. Choose. Those tornado dreams are very vivid the way you guys describe them. It reminds me of a concept, Croc's TV/Reality comparison, of a theme in my dreams where people are not paying attention. Or, actually, they are paying attention, but to an illusion. That's the crux of the message, is a "demonstration to me" that the real activity is not being perceived. Like a lesson, that this peculiar TV sleeping activity is what you are doing, if you are not paying attention. "To what," of course. I get that dream so often or clearly I know it well. Contrast. Between what has attention, what has our/people's attention, and what is actually real. (Whatever that is - and I have no idea.)

I have probably confused this good.

It's a very well presented dream, as though it's important, and not to be left to me to befuddle.

Then I wake up and head to the fridge and stuff myself.

Are these "Real", fundamental lessons, or just stuff we've learned, trained, or thought.
