Michelle/OT - It was with a study group from college. Our professor was a Russian emigre', who had maintained academic contact, and visited every couple of years with a group of students. He was in psychology, which I guess didn't concern anybody, too much. The Russians were great, very nice people, who would go out of their way for you. Actually, that part might be different now! But, I don't know. We went everywhere, including Irkutsk (?), in Siberia, but Leningrad and Helsinki were the best stops on that trip.
Have you been to Florence? That is the place I most want to visit now. I did an African safari, in Kenya, too. Actually, several of them.
