I don't know for sure, just guessing. I don't think there'll be another offer unless Phillips announces failure. If they announce failure, I would guess the shares tendered to them become untendered, but I am not sure!!! If you tender I don't know that you can get them back. If you do NOT tender then you'd be okay because if the deal goes through you will be forced to accept the money for your shares but they cannot do anything in regard to your shares if the deal doesn't go through and you've not tendered.
