Well someone should find something out since he put the deal together. How come you're not saying anything about him. How come you're endlessly whining about Salmon without even trying to find out anything on your own? Granted, someone who doesn't know the difference between a spinoff and a reverse merger has a disadvantage when attempting even rudimentary "DD", but you might at least give it a shot.
