I think it is too, Amy ... I mean, couldn't NSM be sued if they don't now
get out of the CPU business and they report "big losses" the next few quarters.
I believe that NSM will use other Fab sources (TSMC, Chartered ...) to
procure lower performing embedded CPU's for their new products. It's clear
that NSM will be getting out of the leading edge IC process development
"game". It's just to expensive for them.
