Boys - INTC spent $2.2 billion for a company that does 2/3 the revenue of CUBE.

CUBE is the leader in video encoding - a technology that INTC, to date (along with quite a few other venerable companies) has had a tough time mastering. Not that INTC couldn't master it if it put its collective mind to it, but why not use INTC's stock as currency and buyout CUBE and instantly become the leader in digital video - a hot emerging market the last time I checked. INTC would also pick-up a nice little company along with it named DIVICOM - the "Cisco" of digital video networking.

Just food for thought - though I understand INTC executives are taste-testing now.
