Jim, the sec filing is extremely thourough, kudo's to the SEC for making such detail available on the net. The company is losing big$, but gas some excellent references re customers. They put me off with pages and pages and pages and...of negatives that they have to report. Eg. microsoft is in the same business, it takes 9 months to complete a deal with cell co., even down to they could go broke if Joe Bloe leaves, as he has secret info in his brain! The technology is incredible, something I had never thought of, but they don't have a patent on it. I would buy in if it was a penny stock, other wise I would watch it awhile. I will call my broker see if he can find a price. No exact date yet for the IPO. UREC is impossible to T/A, the only clue I have is the W% that predicted it :( is up very clos to zero, historically (?) it comes down in price shortly after that. The big question is WHY the huge volume. As I mentioned ,maybe the new rubber coating deflects cruise missiles or makes planes impervious to radar. When I called them they did say they the on-site chemists were busy inventing things ( picture a far side cartoon). John
