I appreciate your response and thoughts. My thoughts are as follows:
1) The fact that the CEO himself answered your reply, reaffirms my fears that they couldn't handle the traffic. Right now it is just
"Three Men and a Suit".
2) Forget about MSFT, too many plates already on their table
3) One of my fears is that the three men are only in this for their own personal gain, and at first; had no idea about how big this thing really would be two years down the road (now).
4) Everyone was looking for the break to be with Compuserve, and now their future is uncertain with or without the verdit.
5) If this patent is so specific and eye catching, why haven't more companies with the technological expertise jumped on the band wagon with similiar patents?
6) I mean, this seems like a "Lone Ranger" kind of deal, doesn't it?
7) But again, I repeat, I am very loooooong on Gift, so I hope I am wrong. I just need a strong arguement with a logical foundation to support a positive view.
