Here are the Form 144's that have been filed to date to sell restricted shares of HITT and its predecessor SCMI.
It appears that all the sellers are located in Florida, where the predecessor company Systems Communications Inc. (SCMI) was located. They include Edwin Salmon, who was the chairman of SCMI.
Recall that the reverse merger took place Feb. 11. That's when Bradford "The President, Secretary, Treasurer and sole director of Hitsgalore" took over.
Other than the amusement of seeing that these shares were sold for pennies, I don't think there is any significance to these sales. They were sales by the officers etc. of the defunct company whose shell was bought by Bradford. Nevertheless I paste them below for anybody who wants them, since most folks don't have free access to 144 filings.
