To All: Just doin' some checking on some of my stocks that do nuthin' but sit there. Noticed Triex (V.TIE) had a press release out announcing private placement of 300,000 shares at $0.25. Big deal you say. Why is this loonatic posting this on the good old WSP thread? Well, I thought you may be interested. TIE has about 2.5 million shares issued (6 million FD). The placees were Randy Turner for 200,000 and WSP for 100,000. RT may be prepping his next vehicle for a run once WSP is taken over. TIE is very tightly held from what I've heard. Supposedly RT owns over 30% already and just added to his position. There is also a new group of share holder who took down a 2 million share placement at $0.30 (included in the FD figure). Thought some of you over here may be interested in picking up a few to help kick off RT's next junior mining play. Don't listen to me though. I'm just a novice investor. Rise
