So here is how it goes: Monday, we find the base. Tuesday, 3-11, BD begins it's work. Sometime in the next few weeks we get news releases from the company...perhaps another "President's Message" or follow-ups on the scale-ups..or both. Somewhere in there, the institutions come back to the table and start buying. This sucks the little guys/day-traders back in. The 1.6 million shares (or whatever) that sold today trip over themselves trying to get back in. We spike again. People are clammering for the BD report. About the time we're watching The Masters (and a three-way play-off between Norman/Faldo/Tiger Woods), Dr Sam Shaw orchestrates a nearly flawless cooperative effort with BD and we get a report that brings IPM to the cover of "Time" magazine. Claude issues a strong "Buy". IPM goes from 20 to 200 in a month. (This is speculation on my part, of course,....blah, blah, blah)
