Correction to the 1998 address for Life Foundation Trust:

7345 Acoma Drive, #301 [not Acoma Point]
Scottsdale, AZ 85260

This address comes from the County Recorder's records that you found, Jeff. Those records show a street called Acoma Point. There doesn't seem to be such a street, but there is an Acoma Drive, and I verified that are several other businesses in this same building. So it appears to be a real office building.

I'm not actually positive that Life Foundation Trust is located in this building. The only info we have from the county recorder is that the Trust is leasing an old aviation flight simulator located at that address.
