MNRTA...Heeeeellllo! ...March 30, 1999, Monmouth Real Estate Invstmt. Corp. (MNTRA) declared a higher quarterly dividend of $0.145 on common, payable June 15 to holders of record May 17. The company paid $0.14 in the previous quarter. Momentum and a solid dividend? 25 years and running...10% yield at current prices...pinch me...Is that the reason for the buying? Only partially, I'm sure, though watch for a bit of a sell-off on Tuesday... 6.5/5.8 OS/Float. Busted through both the 50 & 200 @ 5 1/2...This may not be glamourous, or a fast mover, but it looks really solid...
