Harry, It is my opinion that Winfield isn't even on the agenda. There
is nothing that can be done by Adda alone and it certainly looks like
it is going to rumble along on its own course. Adda certainly believes that its efforts are to be directed to the Green River Basin.
Unfortunately, Ultra has been less than cooperative and supportive
in it's dealings with Adda. I don't know how this will eventually
shake out. The only good thing about it is that it won't go on indefinitely and we've been getting the run around for a very long time. Assuming that this is a finite event, the end must be getting
closer.
