keep in mind lcos decided to enter into this unholy agreement, diller was a genius for actually getting lcos to agree to the terms that clearly benefited usai shareholders to the detriment of lcos. now the question becomes whether diller would again sacrifice tmcs to try for another deal? i do not believe so because no other large company like lcos would enter into an agreement with diller on similar terms, and diller wants control, so will not give the premium.
