I've had this one on the back burner for a while. What else can you do when the stock price is so low. Haven't heard anything specific, but I have seen this type of spike lead to nothing before. As I said earlier the proof will be in the pudding, and this is the make or break year. The best news out of the general meeting was that the reverse split, if it takes place, will happen when the company is on a roll, so it is perceived as a positive, (to facilitate relisting on the NASDAQ) rather than the usual negative perception that is associated with reverse splits. If the price volume continues positive I will find out what I can. It also appears that the debt that was to be issued never was. Either the management decided not to take on the personal risk, or they decided it was unnecessary. Again I'll see what I can find out. Any comments would be appreciated. Sincerely, Al Cern
