I waited and held PSInet for a while, knowing it was undervalued and underfollowed. It finally paid off. This market, with such emphasis on Internut stocks, is prime for another ISP newcomer. We know IDTC has been around, but the majority of investors have never heard of it yet. Build it ... and they will come .....
