My take on this is that a receiver will be assigned and that receiver will decide on how to handle the tv and other items at issue. It would make no sense to me if the receiver did not allow for continuation of business. This would be in the best interest of all parties, unless of course Dolgroff's primary reason is to ruin PJTV for vindictive reasons and then I would think shareholders should pursue a lawsuit against him.

The court decided the case should be taken to court - "Dolgroff has adequately demonstrated his apparent interest in the property (patent rights) at issue herein" and that a receiver shall take control of the technology until the courts resolve the litigation.

Since the key patent to the Digital Home Theater is obviously the DMD chip from TI, it would seem unlikely that Dolgroff, who left the company before PJTV and TI started working together (I think this is correct), would have a legal claim to one of the key patents necessary to manufacture the tv. The company has claimed he was not involved in the DHT development and he has no legitimate claims to any aspect of the tv.

Has the company stated Dolgroff signed papers which released any rights he might have in claiming patent infringements? If he has signed papers to this effect then how can he possibly win in court? Could someone comment on this issue?

PJTV is now extending their couterclaims to add more claims against Dolgroff, Louis Tullo and their company Floating Images, Inc., and PJTV is seeking either an injunction or receivership with respect to certain technology claimed by Floating Images.

SO PJTV is suing Dolgroff and Floating Images, Inc., and Dolgroff is suing PJTV and the courts will decide now. Dolgroff is also being sued, I think, for sexual harrassment by a former PJTV employee. The rumor is that the allegations involve sexual perversion.

Any comments? I am not a lawyer and the above comments involve only my thoughts. However, I did speak with a lawyer regarding this case.
