Another thought: The deal with Phoenix is this:
17 mill $$$ plus a million shares of stock at 10.00 per share.
The deal is pursuant to passage by both boards of directors and
has to be done on or before July 15th.
Where did the stock end today ??? Roughly 10.00.
It would have to be in the company's best interest to keep the
stock price above 10.00, right ??
Is the company buying it's own shares to keep it above 10.00 ???
If it isn't, it should. Don't want Phoenix to change their minds !!
