Bruce: By July 15th, this stock will either be way above or way below $10 per share. I doubt that IPM has the resources to buy enough stock to try to keep it above $10 per share if it doesn't want to be there (e.g. BD audit is a flop). Whether the deal goes through will hinge upon the outcome of the BD audit. I think Runyon knows he will be getting those shares for a steal, because by July 15, the audit results will (should) be known. If the audit results in what everyone thinks it will, Runyon will have made himself even richer. He's going to be making a run on Bill Gates before long.
