VIP / uncertain near future in Russia

IMHO Yeltsin's sacking of the government couldn't have come at a
worse time. World bank's Wolfensohn confirms that the IMF loan talks
have stalled, as all arrangement were with the Primakov government.

Furthermore, Yeltsin impeachment talks start today - and whatever
friends he had, are now pissed off too by his sacking.

VIP, which recovered from the Oct 1 low of 4 5/16, has probably some
downside from here.
I therefore bought VIP June 15 puts
