I have received the information memorandum for the meeting. No suprises, however it is interesting that about A$1-1.5 million of the funds raised are earmarked for "potential new acquisitions of complementary technologies". It seems GET may not be the last acquisition and it's possible TGA could make another acquisition the size of GET with part-payment in stock. Cheers, Davo
