Jon, NUOA owns 49% of OAIS with the option to own 85%. At the 49 % level, each 10 shares of NUOA is worth 1 share of OAIS. From that calculation people should decide if OAIS or NUOA is the better buy. Currently NUOA is the better buy. Jeff
