As a business Gmgc may be doing well buy the third quarter ,but as an investment things don't look so good. 41,000,000 shares and new convertibles.GMGC will need more money soon thus even more convertibles.For a small co with a small market cap we are being buried in new shares every few months. Without an investment from a partner we are in trouble short term.
