Wayne, I followed your lead and sold EBID yesterday at 2 29/32:

Message 8428653

It was a nice run from ~2 to ~3, I took my profits, and now I'm feeling alot better. I was hoping to ride the hype all the way to double digits, but it was beginning to seem that it was running on hype alone - I get nervous when I see as many spams from so few people as EBID had over the past coupel days.

The main reason I sold - I saw that the site "ebid.com", which was a porno site, and which AcuBid.com said they couldn't buy because it was being sold for $10 million, has now been turned into an auction site itself.

Too much confusion - Acubid.com has the symbol EBID, but a competitor owns the site EBID.com. This one will be fun to watch.

Acubid.com may do o.k. specializing in baseball auctions, the float is only 4.5 million, and they got their whole operation up and running on ~$1 million financing. They've done well getting three Major League board members, but its gonna cost alot to get the kinda attention AcuBid.com will need to get people to come to their site.

It certainly won't help that ebid.com is their competitor.

Anyway, thanks again for the tip - I'll watch for your next move.

You still have any plans to try Acubid.com again if it dips?
