Well, your post from 03-MAR-1997 explains certain things. It sounds, as a resonable explanation, why VITK did not "publicly" announced the
earnings.
Also I was missing the point, that you can get the results directly on the same day. Indeed thanks for that.
I just was kind of confused, why bigger investors (or many other smaller ones) are absolutly not re-acting to such bad results.
I mean, VITK already filed the results on the 28-FEB-1997.
Now we have the 08-MAR-1997. The price is still holding and the volume
is almost nothing.
I understand, that VITK is just a "thinly traded" stock. But after such results, even "thinest" stocks "must" react. True - or am I
wrong ?
Unless somebody knows something - which most of the people do not know. This cannot be the results/products/earnings etc. Well, eventually Buyout, but who knows ?
