Translation?

"We cut a deal with Uncle Sam where they will get our deal with Comsat done if we dump our LOR shares. They give us two years after the Comsat deal closes to get rid of those shares. LOR must cooperate with us, make the necessary filings, etc. and not screw us over as we try to sell the shares. We will do this sometime in the future."
