Mr. Allen, Carlo does make an interesting case. The main hole I see in any conspiracy theory - meaning that some entity wishes to deliberately hinder or stop any progress made by Naxos... - is that whoever would be behind it had the perfect setting in which to accomplish the goal of shutting down Naxos. The ASC hearings could have resulted in a ruling against Naxos effectively closing their doors. All that would need be done is have a few well placed "informers" some "tainted samples" etc. etc. and the case would have been an open and shut ruling against Naxos.

The exoneration of Naxos, for me anyway, was a signal that there is no well conceived, coordinated effort in the form of a conspiracy, to shut down Naxos.

The Ledoux fiasco will never be explained well enough to satisfy our need for a clear answer. But to tell you the truth, if Naxos can prove up an economically viable property with whatever PM's may be there, at that point Ledoux would be the last issue on my mind.
