Pat: You're wrong about the FMR holding. I doubt they called Lutz to thank him. That big position was bought before the debacle and they must have taken a big haircut on it. Check the SEC filing, it is signed May 10, 1999, but it's dated April 30, 1999.

I doubt they are too thrilled with NN these days, and will be looking to dump this stock at the first opportunity.

P.S. Every fund sells stock when they see fit to. There is no such thing as an eternal buy and hold position.
