Charles Schwab ran a full page ad today in the WSJ called "Four common misconceptions many investors have about online trading" ALL of the complaints about Web Street which are posted here are covered in the CS ad. Charles Schwab attempts to educate the complainers about what they should really expect from online brokerages. I suggest that you read it.
