Access Power Launches Co-Marketing Program With DACI.NET; DACI.NET Begins Marketing Access Power's Net.Caller to Their National ISP Customer Base

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1999--Access
Power Inc. (OTC BB:ACCR) Thursday announced a co-marketing agreement
with DACI.NET to develop and market Internet telephony software and
services.
The initial collaboration will be the marketing of Access Power's
Net.Caller(tm) to DACI.NET's customer base. DACI.NET provides ISP
services to over one thousand cities in 46 states.
"We are proud to offer Access Power's Net.Caller $10.00 per month
flat rate PC-to-phone long distance Internet service," said Bill
Davis, president of DACI.NET. "The Net.Caller program allows DACI.NET
to offer Internet telephony services to our customers immediately. We
see our customers all over the U.S. benefiting from additional savings
in the Long Distance arena."
Net.Caller is software and service that allows subscribers to
make unlimited calls from anywhere in the world using their multimedia
PC and Internet connection to a regular telephone anywhere in the
continental U.S. for a flat rate of $10 per month. Net.Caller software
is free and there is no activation fee to set up an account.
