There are enough of their policies and their conduct in trying to advance their agenda for a much larger social welfare system to dislike that one doesn't need to delve into personality. The foreign affairs area is no great shakes either. Their conduct in personal scandals, such as Lewinsky-Jones matter, Travel Office, Whitewater, et al reflect their conduct in policy matters such as Health Care Task Force, Shutdowns of the Government, Campaign Fundraising, Chinese Spying, et al. Lie, legal stonewall, withhold documents, etc.
