I never suggested to buy "T". I used it as an example of a big company seeing the need to redo itself because the market was migrating from it. CSCO takes NO chances.

Now, granted, INTC's situation is not nearly as urgent as AT&T's, but that doesn't mean INTC should just sit on its duff. Does it?
