The US Securities and exchange commission issues a Subpoena for all of the documents,R&D material and records of MSP Technologies Inc. And any communications, prospectuses or related documents between myself and IPO Consultants,of San Diego CA, Jim Franklin, Wolanyk, RedHotStocks, Net Income, AXPL (Amalgamated explorations), and Christian (Ted) Murer. And or for me to appear in Washington DC for an inquiry. Through my attorneys, I have complied with their request, and am assisting them in any way I can.

When I got this subpoena and a and phone call from the sec, about the www.redhotstocks.com / AXPL pump scam investigation, I couldn't have been happier. As I am the inventor of the electrotelluric survey, and have been battleing these clowns, over there wild claims for nearly 2 1/2 years.

Thanks all at SI who posted on the AXPL thread, and for all of you who have lost with this company, if it may make you feel better, as the inventor so far I have lost 2 million, from the sale of my technology, as well I have AXPL sueing me to try and rip off my invention.

Good luck SEC
John Jackson
