While Thomson is a good measure, price not always follow. Just look at CTXS, Thomson reported strong institutional selling in the last several days, yet price moved up nicely. Another way to look at it: given the institutional buying interest on ORCL, stock still down, meaning more sellers than buyers. In my observation, Thomson produces good measure when the stock is under accumulation.
