Do you know where they get this info ? .... the penalties are VERY VERY costly if you (we) screw up .... you pay tax at your marginal tax rate on **ALL** of the contribution (not just a capital gain) plus 1% per month of the value for each month it is there.

Do you know if the fact it is dual listed makes any differences?
