Management has purchased stock in the open market recently at the $4.00 level. This stock has a book value of about $3.00 per share and cash of about $2.50 per share. At these levels, any hint of good news will create a triple in the stock. These guys do not need financing for the foreseeable future while companies like CAI Wireless need financing and find it easy to get it (see yesterdays news on CAWS) so that lenders still fully believe in this industry. I believe PCTV will be a $10 stock by year end 1997.
