Steven: Mr. DeMilia was not sure of the exact date for the PLACOP conversion but said it should happen soon. If I remember the wording from the filing it said "within two years" and that was Dec. 97. My understanding is that there is not an exact date but could happen anytime before Dec. of 1999. I could be mistaken. I'll ask him to straighten me out. Baton
