Clinton just gave a speech to the US Vets of Foreign Wars. He is pushing that “we” the USA should rebuild the Balkan nations after this conflict is over. This not only includes Kosovo, but Serbia as well. Any one care to give expectations on what this will do to the so called “surplus” income for the US and how it will impact our economy...
