e-Facts from the Front. eFax's New Partner

According to sources, internet faxing-solutions provider, efax (EFAX) will announce a strategic partnership with Image Power of Canada to form an alliance joining their new technologies together. Cannada-based Image Power specializes in developing document scanning and storage solutions. The word on the Street is that Image Power will assist eFax in launching eFax Canada. Terms of the deal are unclear. eFax lost 3/4 in late Wednesday trading, closing at $20 1/4
