Lisa - I have not (nor do I expect to) heard back from the SEC. It is not their policy to respond to such inquiries/complaints. Frankly, I don't even know whether or not they're looking into the matter. I have, however, spoken to an attorney who believes a class action suit may be the way to go. If you are interested, I will give you further details via e-mail, as it may involve the exchange of our phone numbers, etc.
