ICO posts loss, sees weak oil activity through Q3

HOUSTON, May 13 (Reuters) - ICO Inc. <ICOC.O>, which makes
equipment for petrochemical processing and oilfield services,
said Thursday it expects oilfield activity to remain weak in
the third quarter, after falling into the red in its second
quarter due to soft conditions.
The company also said it is not complying with certain of
its credit facility's financial covenants. ICO said it is
negotiating with various lenders, including its current bank,
to establish a new domestic credit facility.
