i agree 100 % with you. i dont know much about paul allen. but, i would think (just an assumption) that if he invests in a company he wants majority ownership just as initially announced. if anyone has read recent articles, you can see that the price v.v. was paying was 90$ per share because gnet management thought the street would dictate only a small premium being paid over what the stock was trading at. so, they thought the stock price would go down, and v.v. would get his shares from us at $ 90. i havent said anything about this matter, but our go2net management was dead wrong !
