I appreciate this response. I agree with what you said: a deal is not a deal until it's a done deal. I probably should have been more guarded in my enthusiasm (especially since things broke down the day/day after I announced the deal as "reality"). At any rate, I think they're ripe for a buyout. I hope someone snatches them up. Rhino
