PRGS is doing just fine on its own, thank you. This freakin Y2K b.s. is weighing on this stock. I expect a recovery once the #'s come out in June, proving that the business is strong despite all this fear out there. Hopefully we will see a move in advance of earnings. This drop has enabled me to pick up some really cheap shares though :)
