I would like to compliment the posters on this thread as well. I cancelled my IOI for ILIF after reading this thread and am VERY glad I took the time to read it. I also was told by Etrade the FCFS was no longer the criteria, that once all the names were in, the shares were allotted by lottery. The FCFS was 'crashing the web site'. As if a 5 minute window won't, duh! Fred
