They have not filed anything with the SEC. I was questioning whether their strategic direction has changed over the last month. I suggest you bone up on the reason why the equity markets exist. The whole reason for a U.S. listing was to secure additional financing to sustain their business. Now that they have Canadian money that U.S. vehicle may no longer be needed. Have you seen Microforum's cash position? They had none prior to the Yorktown deal and were in fact in a negative cash situation. This is the reason why they couldn't wait for a U.S. listing and had to solicit those crooks at Yorktown. GG
