Some time ago I mention that IFM was targeting acquisitions in US
well today in the Journal des Affaires they expose them, here they are:
NASDAQ REVENUS

Jack Henry (JKHY $31.88) $113M
Saville Systems (SAVLY $14.13) $107M
CFI Porservices (PROI $10.68) $ 86M
Edify Corp (EDFY $12.00) $ 71M
SS&C Techno. (SSNC $14.63) $ n/a
Open Market (OMKT $12.63) $ 62M
Pegasystems (PEGA $ 4.88) $ 60M

Ralph Garcea from Scotia said that only 10% of North American Corporation are setup for online transaction. IFM is growing 10% each quarter witch means $500M by end of 2000. He target $51 to $70 the shares in the next 18 months. For that to happen 3 things IFM needs to do:

1-Aquisition on US soils
2-Suppliers agreement with SBC-Ameritech
3-Revenus from billing ECommerce starting Q4 2000

First Marathon see's 190% profit growth in the next five year for IFM compare to the US group at %51. IFM does not sell software solutions and does not sell consultation services. They build the network. They don't have much competition in that area. They are one of the rare company to offer networking, connection, security, payments and billing and more...

80% of the revenus come from membership to the IFM network.
BCE is only 5% of it's total revenus.

Concerning the recent PR on the Woodchip other market are targeted,Food industry and Natural Resources. These transaction will come on top of the actual 500,000 mortgages transactions on the network and 60,000 payments a month on the internet.

Cheers!
