FWIW, I'm no TA guy, but my sense is, based on previous IPOs that SFE will test 12 mo highs based on ICGE. It will do so prior to the IPO and then fall back as usual. MP mentioned this earlier. I have a med-sized trading position in SFE right now and don't plan to sell until 110+. At 120+ I will certainly bail and reestablish after IPO.
